Several
organizations are active in more than one issue area; it should also be
noted that such categorizations tend to be somewhat debatable in view of
their usually interconnected nature. On the other hand, a focused approach
is often necessary for analytical purposes. Categorizing areas of
documentation and research and of related links is of course always a
problem. An attempt has been made therefore to list them in the sector(s) of
their main activities to the extent that these fall within EcoLomic
