The Waste Environment Cooperation Centre WE 2C is a new NGO which promotes the environmentally sound management of wastes. Its domain of expertise is the design and implementation of operational strategies aiming at identifying solutions for protecting human health and the environment from the adverse effects of wastes. Through concrete actions, WE 2C mobilizes public and private stakeholders to address specific issues together and will facilitate resolution of these issues. WE 2C mobilizes partners through dialogue, cooperation or partnerships around the core concept of environmentally sound management of wastes to explore ways to optimize environmental benefits of sound practices.
